Emi Koshy is a Qualified Nutritionist. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with specialization in Nutrigenomics from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences, Pune. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree from Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore. She has done her thesis on “Impact of Pre and Post Covid-19 lockdown on dietary patterns of middle-aged men from South Kerala.’’
She has done her Clinical Nutrition Internship at PSG Hospitals, Coimbatore. She has worked as a Nutritionist in the Holistic Health Teams, focusing on Gut and Hormonal Imbalances and Lifestyle Disease management. Her interest lies in Gut Health, Weight management, Hormonal imbalances and Fitness nutrition.
She believes that Food is not just calories, it is information, which talks to your DNA and tells it what to do. As what you find at the end of your fork is more powerful than anything you find at the bottom of a pill bottle. Hence, she encourages people to start healthy life from inside and which will give them more healthier returns in long life.
