As a Youth elite footballer its been of great help to me. The biggest problem for me was fatigue. I would get tired during and especially After training sessions and found it hard to concentrate on studies and anything else in the day. Another was recovery, my body never recovered well enough in time which prevented consistency in performance. But the diet has helped me up my energy levels big time. Everyone around me has seen the difference and I wake up feeling much better than before and ready to train double sessions everyday.
