Terms and Conditions – Nutrition plan
Your participation in these services is entirely voluntary and constitutes your informed consent. Below are the terms and conditions.
1. Purpose and Acknowledgment
1.1 You acknowledge that the Services provided by QUA Nutrition are for general health and wellness support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results related to your health goals or Medical
conditions.
1.2 You assume full responsibility for any results arising from your participation, including but not limited to allergic reactions, adverse effects, or failure to achieve expected
2. Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated in Section 8.
2.2 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time, with changes applicable to both existing and new plans with prior notice where applicable.
2.3 International Clients: For clients residing abroad, the USD rate card shall apply due to time zone differences and the extensive research and development required to tailor strategies for specific countries.
2.4 Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified time frame and will be subject to administrative deductions. No refunds will be provided beyond the stated conditions.
3. Participation Expectations
3.1 You agree to interact with QUA Nutrition staff in a professional and respectful manner. Any misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of Services without refund.
3.2 QUA Nutrition reserves the right to monitor communications for quality assurance, compliance, and dispute resolution.
3.3 It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and to ensure regular communication.
4. Consultations and Follow-Ups
4.1 QUA Nutrition may provide follow-up consultations at its discretion. Scheduling and availability are determined solely by us and are subject to change.
4.2 Weekly follow up calls will be done by Co- Dieticians working with Seniors, Chief Nutritionist and Head of the Department (HOD). The calls with the Seniors/ Chiefs/ HODs will be once in 2 weeks throughout the duration of the plan.
4.2 Missed consultations due to client inaction will not be rescheduled or extended.
4.3 If consultations are missed due to a QUA Nutrition representative’s absence, an extension may be granted.
5. Service Availability and Interruptions
5.1 Our standard operating days are Monday through Saturday 10am to 7pm IST, excluding designated holidays ( Sundays and 2 wednesdays) and company closure days.
5.2 For International clients the Nutritionists will be available +/- 2 hours to the above timings and the appointments will be preplanned.
5.3 Staff may take planned or unplanned leave. In case of an emergency absence of an assigned dietitian, an alternative may be provided (Drop a mail to customercare@quanitrition.com).
5.4 Temporary service interruptions may occur due to operational needs. Such interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
6. Plan Hold/Freeze Policy
6.1 Holds are granted only for genuine, documented reasons (e.g., medical emergencies) and are subject to approval.
6.2 Maximum hold durations are:
- 1-month plan: 1 week
- 3-month plan: 2 weeks
- 6-month plan: 3 weeks
- 1-year plan: 5 weeks
6.3 Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Approval is at QUA Nutrition’s discretion.
6.4 Plans must resume immediately after the hold period ends. Failure to resume on time may result in plan termination without refund.
7. Subscription Duration and Non-Extension
7.1 Plans are fixed-term and cannot be extended beyond the specified expiration date, except in cases of an approved hold.
7.2 Unused consultations or services expire at the end of the term, with no adjustments, rollovers, or credits provided .
7.3 Non-engagement or unresponsiveness may result in plan termination without refund.
8. Refunds
8.1 All purchases are final, with refunds granted only under specific conditions:
Request made within 7 days (1-month plans) or 14 days (multi-month plans)
No services utilized
A 15% administrative fee applies 8.2 In cases of a verifiable medical emergency, a refund request may be considered within 30 days of purchase, subject to deductions.
Refunds, if approved will be processed within 10-15 working days.
9. Termination of Services
9.1 QUA Nutrition may terminate services at any time, with or without cause, without refund as per 3.1.
9.2 If you choose to discontinue Services, no refunds, pauses, or adjustments will be provided unless explicitly stated in the refund policy.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All materials provided by QUA Nutrition remain our exclusive property and are for personal use only.
10.2 Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Services are provided “as is,” with no warranties regarding effectiveness or suitability.
11.2 QUA Nutrition is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages damages arising from participation in the Services. 11.3 Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services.
12. Amendments and Modifications
12.1 QUA Nutrition reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
13.2 Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India, or through arbitration at QUA Nutrition’s discretion.
